Part 2 - Your data

We take one or two reports that matter most to your business right now and build them together using your actual numbers. Choose from:

Pipeline position - where is revenue coming from and where is it stalling?
Revenue trend - what is actually growing, what is declining, what does the trajectory say?
Cash flow position - what is the real cash picture, not just the P&L story?
Cost pressure - where is margin being lost and what costs are outpacing revenue?
Customer concentration - how exposed are you if one or two relationships change?

Part 1 - Setup

We build your context document: a structured file that tells your AI thinking partner everything it needs to know about you and your business. We configure your voice workflow so you can capture thinking anywhere - the car, between meetings, at the end of a difficult call - and feed it straight into a system that responds with the quality of a well-briefed adviser.

This works across Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot. You're not locked into a platform. You own your own system.

Part 3 - Your problem

Whatever strategic question you're carrying - a commercial decision, a restructuring challenge, a growth question you haven't had the headspace to think through properly - we use the system and my own experience to work through it with you in the time remaining.

I spent 12 years as MD of a manufacturing business before moving into turnaround and transformation consulting. I know what it feels like to carry everything - the decisions, the pressure, the gap between what the business needs and what you currently have the bandwidth to give it.

I'm not an AI trainer teaching you to use tools. I'm a restructuring adviser who understands what clear thinking under pressure is worth, and what the technology can do when it's applied to a real business with real problems.

BEFORE WE MEET

Once you've booked and paid, you'll receive a short email from me directly. It will confirm:

Which reports to export from your accounting or CRM system
What data to have accessible on the day
What problem you want us to work on in the second half

The more prepared you are, the more we get done. If your data is limited or your systems are still fairly manual, we'll focus the session on getting your personal thinking system set up properly and building the data discipline from there. That's still a genuinely valuable two hours - it just looks different.
